Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information on this website and in our work. Last updated September 2026.
Who we are
Selahnova Innovations (Private) Limited (“Selahnova”, “we”, “us”) is an information and communication technology company based at 60 Kilwinning Road, Hatfield, Harare, Zimbabwe. We are responsible for the personal information handled through this website and in the course of providing our services.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details you provide through our contact form — name, organisation, email, phone number, role and the information you share about your project.
- Direct communications — the content of emails, calls and messages you send us.
- Basic technical data — such as your approximate location, browser type and pages viewed, where analytics are enabled. This site does not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements.
- To prepare proposals, quotations and recommended next steps.
- To deliver, support and improve services under a contract with your organisation.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We rely on your consent for enquiry handling, and on legitimate interests or contract performance for service delivery. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, email or form processing), under agreements that require them to protect it, and where required by law.
Storage and security
Personal information is protected with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, and tested backups. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the engagement, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Contact info@selahnovainnovations.co.zw and we will respond promptly.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make it work and to remember lightweight preferences (such as an unsent form draft during your visit). If analytics are enabled in future, we will use privacy-respecting measurement and update this section. You can clear site data at any time in your browser settings.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
